SCHOOL YEAR: 1 ESO                                                              SUBJECT: English TOPIC: Cooking Estimated TIME/SESSIONS: 4 sessions

LESSON OBJECTIVE: Being able to talk about cooking CONTENTS/SKILLS:                         Reading, listening, writing and speaking

DESCRIPTION: 1- A colourful paper per student and groups of 3 are created. We will make our hats! (See resources for the course) 2- Restaurant of Cooking books. Students willl have a look to some recipes and choose one they would like to cook in class. 3- In their groups they will cook the recipe they have chosen and there will be a winner! 4- We will watch a video about creating landscapes with fruit and chocolate. Afterwards they will answer a quiz about the video shown above: https://youtu.be/q-sOf5EP1WY 5- Finally students will  be told to create their landscape! Masterchef Style! They can take ingredients in turns but Will also get a challenge card pero group that Will helo them freezing another team or by having the superpower if getting info the kitchen as many times as they want... The most Creative team Will get a prize ;) MATERIALS:  - Colourful papers - Scissors  -Staplers - Computers - Some fruit, nuts, milk,  chocolate... - Plates, spoons, knives, sticks...
